 I have been faced by the dilemma of whether to recontract or not in my current job in Japan... I have examined myself, weighed pros and cons, asked for advice from friends and family... and even consulted an online tarot/astrology reading site... I have been down in the past few days because of this... but somehow, getting some psychic readings from tarot.com put my mind at ease, surprisingly!

I have handed in my recontracting form to my board of education two days ago, and I've indicated a YES for recontracting... and I have decided to leave it as is...

I hope I've made the right decision... Good luck to me!

Eighteen more months in Japan, woohoo!

 Happy birthday to me! ^_^

My friends in my little town here in western Japan threw a birthday party for me.... and I was really touched. This girl L -- put so much effort organizing this party for me, and putting up this nice picture book for me... She went around town, literally town, to find people I've interacted with and get photos of me with them, from each one of them, and getting their wishes and signatures and put them all together in this nice picture book.... It was the best gift ever... I was also very touched that one friend who lives far away came all the way to my little town to attend my party... I want to thank them all... Now that I know I have friends here who care about me, I think I am going to recontract to work for another year here in Japan... I want to spend more time having fun and hanging out with friends more from now on.
